Counselling Service

Monday- Friday

From 9:00am until 5.30pm

Why come along?

Our Counselling Service is  is confidential and is free for all. The service is provided by a team of experienced counsellors.

Our bi-lingual counsellors can offer counselling sessions in Urdu, Punjabi, French or other languages. Counselling is a route through which anyone can explore and express thoughts, emotions and behaviour. By doing this, it can enable individuals to make changes in their life, or to deal successfully with issues that cannot be altered.

What do we do?

Our counsellors can help with various issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, poor self-esteem, suicidal feelings or attempts, loneliness, relationships, mental health problems, sexuality, family problems, bereavement and loss and adjusting to a new culture. Whatever the size of your problem, you are welcome at the Roby to come and talk.

If you would like to enquire about counselling or make a referral, please call us on 0161 257 2653 or email [email protected]
